Very convenient to everything we did. Staff was helpful. I had to go to hospital clinic for an ear infection. Staff offered to call a doctor or told us about the clinic at hospital and taxi to get there. Hotel spaces are beautiful. Liked having food at the piano bar. Room was comfortable. Hot water in shower was instant. Makeup mirror on bathroom wall was nice to have.

Fair. I moved my luggage 5 blocks from the bus.

Unfortunately there are works in our street and is not possible park buses in front of the hotel. We hope works finish as soon as possible.

Room was on street side did not sleep for3 days too much noise

Ultimately we got bitten by insects every night, and the early morning noise even at the back of the hotel woke us at 5:30. Your staff, facilities and location are excellent, but the two points I mentioned are why I would not recommend you.

First of all thank you for the time used in sharing your experience with us.
We are very sorry to read that you had problems with noise and insects. We have checked your room but we have not found anything suspicious so we understand the bites that speak to us were maybe mosquito.
We regret that you did not inform us of the noise problem because as a repeating client you know that without problem we would have changed to another area of the hotel. We regret that you stay with this last feeling and not with the first one since we understand that if you repeated your stay it was because in your first time the hotel seemed good to you. We really feel it

Tout d'abord, nous voulions vous remercier pour le temps passé à nous envoyer vos commentaires. Toutes les opinions de nos clients sont très importantes pour nous, car elles nous aident à nous améliorer chaque jour.
Un grand merci aussi pour mettre en évidence notre petit dejeuner et emplacement. Nous regrettons lincident avec lavertissement du service de terrasse, nous allons revoir ce qui aurait pu se passer. Nous avons un service de bar de 11h00 à 24h00. alors peut-être que le serveur était momentanément absent.
Encore une fois, merci beaucoup pour vos avis pour nous aider à nous améliorer !
