won't come to the HCC Mont Blanc again

Dear Mrs Boucher,
First of all thank you for the time used in sharing your experience with us.
We are deeply sorry to know your stay was not as expected. We want to apologize for the inconveniences.
About the breakfast room we regret that you did not like the decoration, we have opted for a more classic decoration. About the ventilation of the same tell you that we have extractions that provide air renewal constantly, but it is true that the room is interior and does not have exterior windows. Although we do not have show cooking if we make all our customers on request all those dishes that they ask us at the moment, omelettes, eggs, etc.
We regret your opinion on the staff, we do not know what has happened to you because as you will see in our reviews, precisely the service we provide is one of our strengths, so we do not know if in your case there was any specific incident that we would like to report to improve

Mijn eerdere ervaringen in het hotel waren beter.

Lamentamos no haber estado a la altura de sus expectativas.
La verdad es que nos lamenta saber que nada estuvo de su agrado. De haberlo sabido durante sus dias de estancia hubiésemos buscado la forma de solucionarlo pero no nos consta ninguna incidencia por su parte. Lo lamentamos.
Tenemos otros hoteles situados en el centro de la ciudad, punto que destaca al máximo en su valoración , que quizas se adaptan más a sus preferencias. Puede ver el resto de hoteles en nuestra página web www.hcchotels.es

Hôtel agréable, bien situé, chambre spacieuse.
Dommage que la piscine était pas chauffée.

J'ai bcq aimé. Cependant, les portes des chambres font bcq de bruit lorsqu'elles se ferment et cela nuit au sommeil!
