Great hotel and location with the exception of street construction, but hotel could not control that. Also had a bit of trouble keeping Wifi for 3 days of my stay, but the front desk just changed the password each time, which took them only 5 minutes to do. I really liked the hotel.

Estamos encantados de saber que hemos estado a la altura de sus expectativas.
Lamentamos el malentendido con las toallas, pues en todas nuestras habitaciones tenemos unos carteles informativos explicando como deben dejarse las toallas en caso de que se requiera un cambio de las mismas , con el objetivo de contribuir a mantener el medio ambiente.
En cuanto a los detalles de acogida, lamentamos si por error no se le ha sido repuesto , de verdad lo sentimos.

C est hotel est parfaite pour un long sejour à Barcelone.

L' hôte qui nous a reçu nous répondait dans notre langue. Sinon, il s assurait de notre co.préhension.

La piscine est aussi un point positif.

Great location, friendly staff. The only thing missing was a coffee machine in the room. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Très bien mais beaucoup de problème avec leau, ie: pas deau froide le matin et eau non constante dans la douche passe du chaud au froid.
*** aussi dans la piscine, la première marche est extrêmement glissante, jai failli massommer en entrant dans la piscine et jai vu plusieurs personnes tomber dans la piscine à cause de cette marche glissante.

Tout d'abord, nous voulions vous remercier pour le temps passé à nous envoyer vos commentaires. Toutes les opinions de nos clients sont très importantes pour nous, car elles nous aident à nous améliorer chaque jour.
En effet et en raison dune panne urgente à lextérieur de lhôtel, ils ont coupé leau pendant un moment sans préavis. Nous sommes désolés pour le désagrément causé.
En ce qui concerne létape dentrée de la piscine et grâce à lavis dun autre client, nous avons jugé utile de mettre une poignée pour entrer dans la piscine.
Merci beaucoup de nous avoir aidés à nous améliorer.

Good, but need to upgrade there hairdryer (the one attached to the wall). Should provide better pillow.

Again, my mayor complain is not the personal, from when we get in the lobby workers are great, but just getting in the lobby no air conditioning, rooms are not ready with air conditioning, you have to turn it on and when we leave it on cleaning crew turn it around off, I think is a rule on this hotel to save on utilities for something that we get charge.

Lamentamos no haber estado a la altura de sus expectativas.
Todo nuestro hotel dispone de aire acondicionado, tanto en los sitios públicos como en las habitaciones y en estas se puede regular más o menos según quiera el cliente. No se si quizás habia algún problema en el suyo , lamentamos no haberlo sabido pues de lo contrario hubiésemos podido revisarlo. Lamentamos si la camarera por error durante su limpieza le quitó la tarjeta para dejar el aire acondicionado puesto durante su ausencia. Lo lamentamos y le pedimos disculpas por el malentendido.
Esperamos volver a verle pronto con nosotros.
