Bra men dåligt att restaurangen plötsligt beslutade hålla stängt på kvällen, att pianobar/bar inte höll öppet och att poolbaren hade mycket oklara öppettider. Ibland hade stängning förberetts tidigt så det kändes som vi störde när vi ville beställa och bartender var tvungen att ta fram saker igen. Vid ett tillfälle försökte bartendern även stänga poolen en timme för tidigt men då protesterade alla som var vid poolen som då fick vara öppen till den riktiga stängningstiden.

We have a great experience, from we arrived , we feel very welcome to the hotel, the person in the desk was really professional and kind, he offer us a better room and he was helpful as many times as we asked him about a direction or about what to do. In general the staff was really kind and friendly, that's a plus

Estuvimos alojados 3 días en el hotel, la recepción fue muy cordial, tuvieron la gentileza de otorgarnos la habitación antes del hora del check-in, algo que valoramos mucho, y si bien no utilizamos otros servicios del hotel, tanto el personal de recepción como el de limpieza fueron siempre muy atentos y serviciales.

Nos encanta saber que hemos estado a la altura de sus expectativas.
Siempre intentamos en la medida de lo posible, realizar el check in a la llegada de los clientes si tenemos la habitación disponible. Entendemos que es una comodidad poder dejar las maletas e instalarse en el hotel. De igual forma en el momento de check out ofrecemos la posibilidad de dejar las maletas sin ningún coste adicional.
