Zadovoljni, sobe su bile velike i ciste. Jedino ljudi sa recepcije bili su ljubazni ali nisu radili svoj posao kako treba. Sat vremena je trebalo da odradimo check in

Perhaps the rest of the clients you met during their check-in took longer than usual and that is why it took you longer to do yours. We're sorry.

Polite and helpful staff at all levels
Good location for beach and Placa de Catalunya

Hotel très bien placé, le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon. La chmabre mériterait un petit rafraichissement

L'hôtel est idéalement situé et très propre. Il serait bien de proposer de l'eau à la réception surtout en plein été.

It was disappointing. Musty smell on the hallway carpets, even cigarette smell from one of the rooms. Other than greeting us every time we passed by the reception employees werent very helpful. We ordered a van for 4 people with 6 suitcases and we got a station wagon that could not fit us all with the luggage.

Gostei do hotel, contudo achei uma das recepcionistas muito simpática e amável e um dos homens muito mal educado e antipatico. Não gostei dele.
Piscina mínima. Pequeno almoço fraco e sem produtos frescos.
Quartos a precisar de obras de reabilitação, sobretudo nos WCs e de tomadas junto às camas.
Gostei mas acho que o preço é muito elevado para o hotel que é.

De haber sabido todas estas incomodidades durante su estancia, hubiésemos hecho todo lo posible por buscar una solución de inmediato
Nadie más que nosotros somos los primeros interesados en que nuestros clientes disfruten de su estancia con nosotros, pero debemos saber de inmediato todo aquello que les incomoda para poder solucionarlo, en caso contrario, de no llegarnos esta información nos es imposible poner soluciones.
