Il soggiorno è stato molto positivo, tornerei sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Barcellona!
Staff gentile e cordiale.
La camera era pulita e spaziosa.
Punti negativi: Segnalo la poca insonorizzazione delle stanze ( si sentivano chiaramente i rumori delle stanze vicine) e lassenza delle prese di corrente vicino i comodini.

The front desk staff did not seem to care at all that the air conditioning was not working. We had to ask for a fan, and even then, it was a bit of a surprise. We expressed our severe disappointment with the no air conditioning, and nothing was said or even attempted to make it right for us.

Très bonne. Endroit calme, maintenant à voir quand la terrasse et la piscine sont fréquentées.

bel hôtel bien situé, proche navette aéroport, réceptionniste au top, parle français
ainsi que le service petit déjeuner
chambre agréable, grand lit
par contre un petit gel douche pour 2 c'est très juste

Nous sommes désolés de ne pas avoir satisfait vos attentes avec le restaurant. Pour le moment, nous ne l'avons ouvert que les vendredis et samedis soirs mais nous avons un service dans notre cafétéria où vous pourrez déguster des tapas, des pizzas, des salades, des sandwichs...
