We are very sorry about the incident you mentioned.
As we already told you at the time, at the time of check in and as it was a group, we closed the doors of the hotel for maximum security during the process so no one apart from the group that were in the hotel entered, as we told you perhaps the robbery was before entering the hotel when unloading the suitcases on the street.
The reception team helped you at all times and their attitude was not indifferent at all, but quite the opposite, but in these cases you have to file a complaint with the police and follow the established protocols that must be carried out by people who has been robbed.
We are sorry if you did not feel sufficiently attended to but that was not our intention.
