Personali sono molto gentili e simpatici, diversi intendono diverse lingue che facilita la comunicazione. Buonissimo livello di sistema della sicurezza. Molto pulito dappertutto, anche l'area piscina con la manutenzione molto accurata. La posizione perfetta, due passi da Palau de la música catalana che si può tornare ai piedi tranquillamente dopo lo spettacolo che finisce tardi.

Reception was wonderful, providing excellent advice to explore this never ending beautiful city. The staff were always available to assist. The aircon was ok but needed to be on all the time to be cool.

Très bel accueil , le point fort etant la diversité des langues parlée notamment le français pour nous. Félicitations particulières à la réceptionniste (Mme Iris Carcelle) pour sa gentillesse et les informations qu'elle nous a transmises pour la reussite de notre sejour en ville : bonne humeur, humour... Le tout nous donne envie de revenir chez vous et plus longtemps. Merci.
