Ik vind het een goed hotel en de menukaart viel zeer goed mee qua prijs en kwaliteit. Het ontbijtbuffet was gevarieerd en lekker. De inrichting van de hal met nabootsing van trencadis uit oa park Guel vind ik ook zeer geslaagd. De locatie van het hotel was zeer goed.

Just ok. You are probably unlucky in that we had just come from a 5 star hotel stay in London so we were expecting big things. That didn't happen unfortunately. Your reception people need to treat your customers like they are the most important people in the world if you want them to come back and also recommend your hotel to others.

I was very disappointed about one of your staff in the bar ,the way he speak .he is very rude.a young guy.its very bad for the hotel image.

Le principal pour nous était la situation et le repos. Nous sommes ravies des deux et reviendrons certainement à une autre occasion en famille. Le bar et le restaurant n'ont pas été utilisés mais ils ne sont pas nécessaires dans une ville comme Barcelone où on a 10 milles possibilités. Piscine un peu petite mais on en a une et aussi la mer....
