Excelente, me gustó mucho el hotel, las fotos presentadas en el sitio web son fieles a la realidad. Excelentes instalaciones, servicio excelente, limpieza, calidad muy bien tambien. Muy contenta con la experiencia.

I am satisfied with all fields, especially kindness of check in-out staff. But there are some weakness in soundproof (as you know), as like as most of Hotel in Europe. Thanks for your kindness again.

We are missing the nice woman that we had last year at the front desk who made our check out.. she was speaking a French, English and Spanish. She was one very very very nice. We had good people this year, but they were just doing their jobs and nothing close to her. I’m sad that I don’t remember her name.
