Hotel is close to the metro and it's a big benefit that there's a swimming pool in the hotel. Good price and quality for Barcelona.

The male staff who works at reception is the worst staff I haver ever met.

Due to system errof of hcc montblan website, my room was double-booked.
But the only message from your website is “there is no room available”.
For that reason, I thout that I failed to book a room and tried again. And I didn’t know about booking error untill check in.
The staff told me there was 3 bookings with my name so I showed the error message from your website and explained the situation.
However he never appologize eventhough he understood that this is hotel’s fault.
THIS IS 100% HOTEL’S MISTAKE AND THIS ATTITUE TO CONSUMER IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG.
The staff should be re-trained and he is not fit to be a receptionist.
He was very rude and wasted my time.
Because of this hotel, the first impression of Barcelona is terrible.
I will never visit this hotel.

Happy to have chosen this hotel. It's central location made it easy to get to. The pool was great, a bonus to come back to for a break in the middle of the day.
