We had a great time staying at this hotel! The staff at the front desk are super nice especially Alona & Cecilia. They are all friendly.

Dear Ms. Suzanne,

We appreciate you sharing your impressions of your stay at our hotel.

We regret that your overall experience did not meet your expectations and we take note of your perception of the value for money, as well as the other aspects you rated. Your comments help us identify opportunities for improvement so we can offer a more satisfactory experience to all our guests.
All our mattresses have been recently replaced; we apologize if they are not as comfortable as you are used to.
We encourage all our guests to report any issues so we can resolve them immediately. This way, we would have been able to resolve your issue with the noise, the gel dispenser, and the noise from the air conditioning.
Indeed, one of our four coffee machines broke down, but the rest were working, as was the toaster. Of the two, one of them failed one day during your stay due to an electrical problem.
We change all the items in our buffet daily, so there may be some days when there wasn't any tomato bread. Had you requested it, we would have provided it immediately.

We hope to provide you with a more positive experience in the future, so please don't hesitate to come back again.

El ser las fiestas de la Mercè no pude llegar al hotel en coche particular, ocasionandome que pagar otro parking. Me gustaría una rebaja de la factura, por los imprevistos, ya que el lunes llamé al hotel y me dijeron que no había problema

Moltes gracies per compartir amb nosaltres la valoració.
Lamentem el malentes que ens comenta al respecte de l´acces al nostre parking. Efectivament hi va haver restriccións de tráfic als carrers propers al nostre hotel per la qual cosa tot i que via Laietana va estar tallada , l´acces es va veures afectat momentaneament . La guardia urbana permet l´acces al nostre hotel tot i que el carrer estigui tallat sempre que diguin que tenen reserva al nostre hotel .
Sentim si va coincidir tot alhora i va haver d´aparcar fora del nostre hotel durant unes hores ja que després l´acces va estacionar al nostre hotel sense cap problema.
La propera reserva no dubti en contactar amb David , el cap de recepció , per poder gestionar el preu del parking.

We arrived at the hotel a little before the official check-in time. However, for a small surcharge, we were able to move into a room that was already available and received an upgrade. In addition, we were not charged extra for the late check-out at 2.00 pm. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and very helpful. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would come back any time.
