Excellent customer experience. Kudos to all from the frontbdesk, to cleaning staff, to restaurant staff. Have already recommended HCC Montblanc to our travel agent, so that others may benefit from our positive experience.

J’ai été très satisfait par la sécurité, le ménage quotidien, la gentillesse des personnels et la piscine.
C’est une seule chose que j’aimerais bien demander pour le prochain séjour c’est que les horaires de piscine sont à revoir. J’aurais voulu y aller le matin et le soir avant et après la balade. Ça aurait été génial si j’avais pu utiliser le matin comme le soir.

Tenemos secador de pelo en todas nuestras habitaciones , y planchas bajo peticion tal y como indicamos en nuestro directorio de servicios. Lamentamos si la información no le ha llegado correctamente.

シャワーはすぐ漏れる。騒音がひどくて寝れなかったが、スタッフの方は親切で総合的には満足だった。
