Acceptable room with nice location. In general, a few desk attendants were impatient with answering simple questions or instruction for hotel WIFI connection. Limited wall sockets for electronic equipment hookup... one in bathroom & one close to the floor @ entrance of the room.

The front desk staff were not helpful and did not give good customer service experience. Whenever I had a question or request they appeared to be annoyed at the request.

We were very satisfied with our stay here in Barcelona. Rooms were very clean but 'bare bones' , no frills. Staff was professional but not very friendly. Would most likely stay here again, as we also liked the location. Only reason, the 'price' question was only considered average, was because this was booked for us & the price was much higher than I saw on Trip Advisor & other sites.

Muy buena, pero hay que proteger más las habitaciones del sonido. Se escuchan los vecinos con la tele, al telefono, etc. El hotel también podría ser más ecológico y no cambiar las toallas del baño todos los dias, no es necesario. Empezar una política eco de preservación de recursos.

Me encanto el hotel, ubicación, servicio, desayuno, limpieza y orden. Solo me llamó la atención que en general el personal de recepción se presentará mas serio de lo necesario salvo el caso de una señorita de nombre ruso, a quien quiero destacar positivamente por su amablilidad y espíritu de servicio. Gracias!
