Très bon accueil. L’hôtel est calme , proche de tous les sites à visiter. La terrasse et la piscine sont un plus.

Excelente lugar e inmejorable ubicación. Muy buena la atención por parte de todo el personal. Un hotel que volveré a elegir si regreso nuevamente a Barcelona.

Muy bueno todo.. excepto que se escuchan todos los ruidos del resto de habitaciones y los ruidos del pasaje donde dan algunas ventanas

Overall my stay was good , as I travel often to many countries and stay in a variety of hotels plus being in business myself i think its important for management to know that i noticed 95% of staff do not smile and feel the atmosphere and welcoming of guests is very cold and dry serious look with no genuine warm happiness towards guests
It shows on the staff faces as if they dont want to be there , this just my observation and opinion
But overall I had a pleasant stay, when guests leave you want them to feel as if they were welcomed and appreciated for booking with your hotel and not taken for granted that its tourist time and just get them in and out, maybe its a crazy summer season but Its just my opinion
