We had booked this hotel through Norwegian cruise lines for one night after disembarkation and were flying home the next day. Unfortunately, Norwegian did not provide our name to the hotel for us to be able to register. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating in helping us out the best they could. After waiting a number of hours for the Norwegian office to open (due to time zone difference) we were able to check in. The staff did everything they could to assist us in a great many ways - far more than Norwegian did.

The room with a view was great. The staff were very friendly. The stay was a great start to our vacation. Thank you!

Hotel bien , bien situé .
Par contre , le soir nous avons prit un verre au bar de l hôtel , jeune fille très très désagréable . Nous y somme retourner le lendemain journée , meme fille et toujours aussi désagréable .

Удобное расположение, чистый отель. Не все сотрудники на ресепшн приветливы. Но большое спасибо Хавьеру за помощь и внимание к проблемам гостей. Он помог мне разобраться с моей почтой, и я нашла потерянные файлы. Это было важно для меня, это были оплата и билеты в театр Лусио. Спасибо ему.
