It suited me fine. I would recommend and stay again. However, being placed in room 322 with no view was a bit unpleasant, but otherwise all ok.

Room was fine, bathroom was spacious and aircon was efficient. Cleaning was excellent!

The first day was a near-disaster: my wife and I arrived at around mid-day and paid in full - we were allocated room 502 and told it would be ready for between 14.30 - 15.00 (Booking.com said 14.00 onwards). We returned at 14.50 and were told by reception that the room still wasn't ready but if we sat in the Piano Bar, when the room was ready, somebody would come to the bar and let us know. We sat for 40 minutes. I thought it best to approach reception again and make a further enquiry - the lady appeared confused, made a phone call and started on some paper-work. I asked if there was a problem but got no reply and the lady continued about her business - I asked again and she reluctantly answered, muttering that Booking.com had made a mistake and we hadn't been given a room (we've already paid in full!) but she was now putting it right. She then informed me that we had room 612 (what happened to 502?), pointed to the lifts and left us to it. We collected our bags and eventually got to the room around 16.00. This means that if we had remained in the Piano Bar as instructed, we could have been left there for hours. There was no real offer of an explanation and the receipt I have here, 617.94€ is for a room which we didn't occupy - how does that work?

We went to the pool bar on our last full day, at around 16.00 and after a splash around, decided to have a drink - we were the only people at the bar and it took us 20 minutes to be served, firstly because there was no vodka in the bar (the bar person - very well mannered, didn't even know what vodka is) so we asked for two "tintos de verano" and there was a further wait because there wasn't enough red wine in the bar!!

Las habitaciones individuales son pequeñas con cama incomoda y la relación precio calidad no coincide. La doble es más cómoda pero sin caja de seguridad moderna, amenities en el baño incompletos e incómoda la bañera para entrar y salir. Hace calor , el aire acondicionado no es el mejor. Si es muy buena la ubicación del hotel. Soy viajera frecuente y no me sentí bien atendida. Me olvide una sabana comprada en Ikea y ni siquiera me contestaron si podían enviármela por correo.
