We arrived at the hotel a little before the official check-in time. However, for a small surcharge, we were able to move into a room that was already available and received an upgrade. In addition, we were not charged extra for the late check-out at 2.00 pm. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and very helpful. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would come back any time.

Thank you for rating our cleanliness, undoubtedly one of our strong points that we work on daily.
Regarding the price, we cannot tell you since your reservation came through an intermediary and we do not see you as part of a group anywhere. Perhaps you should speak to the agency that made the reservation. Indeed, the reservation was for a single room, and therefore it was smaller, as your colleagues had booked a double room.

Very good the lady at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and cheerful.
One elevator was not working and the elevator service was very slow. We had to skip elevator rides because it was already full. Very SLOW!

Nos complace saber que ha valorado positivamente tanto la comodidad de la habitación como la facilidad en el proceso de check-in.

Apreciamos también que destaque nuestra ubicación en el centro, ya que nos permite ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes un acceso privilegiado a los principales puntos de la ciudad.

Lamentamos la incidencia que nos comenta en el bar de la terraza. Alli tienen un camarero que es el que da las toallas para el baño. Efectivamente en las mesas de la terraza no se permiten bebidas /comidas que no hayan sido compradas en el establecimiento. Sentimos las molestias
