Apreciada Sra Diniz.
Lamentamos no haber estado a la altura de sus expectativas.
Efectivamente tenemos una habitacion para poder guardar su equipaje , sin ningún cargo adicional. Es una habitación cerrada con llave y solo abierta cuando una persona de nuestro personal está pendiente de ello, por otro lado la entrada a esta habitación esta vigilada por camaras .
Lamentamos que no nos informara acerca de su desagrado en cuanto a su habitación, pues de haberlo sabido le hubiésemos cambiado de habitacion sin ningún problema
El servicio es justo uno de nuestros puntos fuertes, por lo que lamentamos que haya tenido esta impresión al respecto, nuestro unico objetivo es dar un servicio máximo a nuestros clientes, por lo que averiguaremos que es lo que pudo pasar para que no vuelva a suceder.

Could be better

Thanks for your nice REview Mr. Handsaeme.
It´s a pleasure to know your stay in our hotel has been nice.
We are sorry for the inconvenience with swimming pool. Was closed during few time because of the concert.
If we had known maybe we could inform we have other hotel nearby with swimingpool and it would be possible go there.
