The reception staff were very helpful and very friendly.
We had a late night flight out of Barcelona and they packed both of us a picnic lunch for us to eat at the airport.
One of my favourite hotels to stay at

Everyone was very nice. Coming off a cruise with a very bad cold and cough they did everything possible so I could get into a bed.
