OK, but expensive and lacking simple things like a decent iron amd ironing board, shower and bath products

Lamentamos no haber estado a la altura de sus expectativas.
Sentimos la opinion que tiene de nuestra recepción, precistamente nuestras opiniones detacan por el servicio que ofrecemos. El personal de recepción simplemente le informó de las condiciones de su reserva, realizadas a traves del cogreso y no directamene al hotel, por lo que cualquier cambio en la reserva, como numero de personas, cambios de nombre, etc.. debe ser comunicado primero al responsable del congreso. De igual forma , tal y como fué su caso, en caso de añadir una persona más en la habitación tiene un suplemento. Lamentamos si estas indicaciones las desconocia pero al realizar la reserva a traves de un intermediario, cualquier cambio debe ser comunicado a traves de el, el hotel no tiene potestad para realizar ningún cambio directamente.
Al respecto de la plancha , y tabla de planchar, tenemos a disposición de nuestros clientes bajo petición, sin ningun problema.
Al respecto de productos de baño, dispone de amenities en las habitaciones, y bajo petición cualquier reposición que puedan necesitar nuestros clientes. Efectivamente no disponemos de acondicionador de cabello, lo lamentamos.
Sentimos de nuevo, no haber estado a la altura de sus expectativas.

Very satisfactory.
We had an excellent meal in the restaurant at a very reasonable price.
There was also a swimming pool.
Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Très satisfait. Nous y retournons pour 3 jours début mai et nous espérons avoir un chambre au 4e étage pour avoir une plus belle vue. Merci à l’avance.

I will not be returning to this hotel. There are plenty of better hotels in the same area, I went in to 5 others and they all had heating turned on so there's no reason this place should have it turned off.
