Uns hat es in dem Hotel wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Was ich nicht so schön fand, waren die Kunststoffgläser am Pool. Dass man Kunststoff verwendet kann ich verstehen, aber diese sollten dann auch beizeiten einmal ausgetauscht werden. Sie waren sehr zerkratzt und nicht richtig sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Wir haben uns in dem Hotel wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

I really appreciate the staff. When it was disturbance the staff took it seriously and handled it with a lot of professionalism. They really took care of the issue with the disturbing guest. Thank you so much!
Also they changed room when I asked because of two nights of disturbance.

Wij hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad.
Prachtig hotel en mooie, nette kamers.
Heerlijk ontbijtje, veel keus en lekker vers.
Gelegen in het centrum en met zwembad.

We zijn zeer verheugd te horen dat u zo heeft genoten van uw verblijf en dat zowel het hotel als de kamer aan uw verwachtingen voldeden wat betreft comfort en netheid. Het is fijn te horen dat de centrale ligging en de nabijheid van het metrostation zo gunstig waren tijdens uw reis.

We waarderen vooral de variëteit en versheid van ons ontbijt, evenals de mogelijkheid om te ontspannen bij het zwembad. We stellen uw vriendelijke woorden en uw aanbeveling van ons hotel vanwege de uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding zeer op prijs.

We kijken ernaar uit u te verwelkomen bij toekomstige bezoeken aan Barcelona.
