Overall experience was great. The one thing that does require improvement are the mattresses as they are old and ok for one night but would not be comfortable for a linger stay.

Disappointed given a room (7th floor in wing off elevator to left of reception desk) that was dark & faced cement wall. Depressing.

First of all thank you for the time used in sharing your experience with us.
We are deeply sorry to know your stay was not as expected. We want to apologize for the inconveniences.
We encourage all our clients to inform us about their inconveniences in order to offer them an alternative immediately. Maybe we could have change your room.
The hotel staff is adequate to the needs of each moment, we do not understand well if you were not well attended or if it surprised you for some other reason, we are sorry not to be able to respond to this aspect.
About the eggs, because these are not seasoned due to low salt diets, so we put salt and pepper next to each one to season them to their liking, anyway we will find out if there was any incident the days that breakfast, sorry
