Not opening roof terrace until 11am was disappointing. Would have been nice for a place to sit after breakfast.
Sunbeds require sun brollies as too hot to lie for too long.
We appreciate your feedback after your stay at our hotel.
We regret that the terrace opening hours did not meet your expectations and that you were unable to enjoy this space after breakfast. We also took note of your suggestion regarding the need for umbrellas on the sun loungers, as we understand the importance of providing greater comfort to our guests, especially on the hottest days.
Furthermore, we appreciate your highlighting the friendliness of our staff, as well as your appreciation for the cleanliness and service received during your visit.
