One of the worst ever.

Dear Mr. Campbell.
You made two reservations, one for a double room for single use and another for a superior room with a terrace. Both of them with arrival on 07/11 and departure on 07/12.
We both have the written confirmation of the reservations and the hotel provided you with the rooms you booked.

As for the double bed, we did not in any moment, received a petition for a double bed for the superior room. Also, bear in mind that they are subject to availability upon arrival.
Regarding my denial to speak to you, as far as I know, you only passed once on 07/12 around 2:15 p.m. and I was not at the hotel at that time. Again, in any moment you were denied to speak to me.
Never in my long career as a manager in all the hotels I have been in, have I refused to see any client.

We are not going to proceed to make the return of the prepayment, since we have fulfilled what you reserved.
