Overall experience was very good. Staff helped whenever possible, booked reservations for us as needed. Rooftop bar was closed because it was out of season, but it wasn’t cold out- would have been nice to be able to enjoy a drink up there, especially on New Years. Bar in lobby closed by 10 pm, which to me is too early.
