Wir waren lediglich von der Lage des Zimmers sehr enttäuscht!

Maybe for another occasion You could book a room with views that are available for a small fee.
We encourage all our clients to inform us about their inconveniences in order to offer them an alternative immediately
I´m really sorry about it in case of had this information maybe we could change the room

Disposicion del personal excelente!
El servicio de toallas, si bien destacamos que estaban muy limpias, las encontramos muy desgastadas.
