Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Hotel staff was very courteous and was always ready to help.

We regret your opinion about cleaning because as you can see, our standards in quality of cleaning are very high, I don't know what incidence could have happened so that your opinion has been this.
About breakfast we are very sorry if your staff did any action that was rude to you, as you saw, it is not our way of acting. About pineapple som times we cut it with bark and sometimes not . We try to change our products and change the way of expose it, to give a different image every day.
We have your room located to work about outlets and light. Thank you very much for your opinion.
