Not good at all nobody was there to help us carry our loggage!!!!the room was sooo small and we have heard every movment of our next doors at all the rate of hotel not 4 star

Lamentamos enormemente no haber alcanzado sus expectativas en cuando a las dimensiones de la habitación.
Con respecto al equipaje, tal y como vió en el momento de su llegada, tenemos un portero que ayuda a todos nuestros clientes con su equipaje. Lamentablmente en el momento de su check out, el portero no estaba, por lo que la persona que estaba en recepción se ofreció en ayudarles tal y como hacemos con todos los clientes cuando el portero no esta. Esta ayuda fué desestimada por ustedes por lo que no entendemos muy bien el motivo del comentario, quizás hubo algun malentendido.

Our stay at the hotel was very good. We enjoyed the room with terrace, but also the roof terrace with the bar.

Struttura invidiabile per la posizione e una ottima location con personale di alto livello. Se dovessimo ritornare a Barcellona, sarà sicuramente il reggente che ci ospiterà. Bravi
