Lamentamos enormemente las incidencias que ha tenido durante su estancia y el no haber estado a la altura de sus expectativas.
Lamentamos que su check in no fuera tan rápido como esperaba, efectivamente durante ese intervalo había una persona en recepción y coincidieron varias tareas en el mismo instante, lo sentimos.

Excellent. Hotel and staff exceptional making our Barcelona visit a real pleasure.
As a side note we forgot a caricature drawing from an artist on LA ramble in room 505 which may have rolled under bed. Would appreciate if it is found pls let us know n we will pay cost of sending to us. Thank you for a memorable visit.

Good location for the hotel, on Rumbla Catalunya. Having the 48-hr travel card works really well with the hotel, direct buses to get to Sants Estació, Gothic Quarter and La Sagreda Familia. R-line train was nearby to get to Sitges. Rooftop bar really good views in the evening :)
