Basica. Las camas eran duras y la teleducha en un hotel 4 estrellas me parecen que son lo peor a destacar. Lo mejor: ubicacion y staff.

Tal y como indica, al no haber realizado reserva y reservar para el mismo dia, el hotel estaba ya completo, por lo que no pudimos reservarle habitación con cama de matrimonio ya que estaban todas reservadas.
Tomamos nota acerca de su comentario acerca de la ducha. Muchisimas gracias por su feedback.
Esperamos volver a verle en una próxima ocasión, y mejor siempre realizar reserva con antelación para poder tener la habitación deseada. Lamentamos no haber superado sus expectativas al 100%

Отличный отель, метро рядом, все достопримечательности а пешей доступности.
Отель расположен в районе, который можно считать музеем под открытым небом, можно бродить по окрестным улицам и любоваться архитектурой модерна.

Stayed in 5 different hotels while in Spain. This was the only one up to snuff regarding room size, comfort level, and bathroom facilities. Only problem was the lack of ventilation. No a/c and the fan would only blow warm air. Our room open on a ventilation shaft which smelled badly, so we couldn't open the window.

I´m really sorry for the inconvenience about air conditioning. We had warm inusual days during last week and certainly we don´t have air conditioning yet.
