Not good , not recommending this hotel

Lamentamos no haber superado sus expectativas.
Nuestros standares de limpieza son muy elevados por lo que no entendemos que ha podido pasar durante su estancia .Lamentamos si ha podido haber alguna cosa que puntualmente ha sucedido y que al no informarnos no hemos podido solventar.
Al respecto de la insonorización, todas nuestras ventanas están insonorizadas perfectamente, por lo que no debe oirse ningún ruido de estar cerrada correctamente. En concreto su habitación daba vista Rambla, pero tenemos otras habitaciones interiores que quizás pudieran haber sido más de su agrado.
Ha sido una lástima que todas estas apreciaciones no las haya hecho durante su estancia , de este modo hubiéramos podido resolverlo de inmediato

The only thing I would improve on is to have air conditioning available according to outside temperature and not by the month. Our room was extremely hot with the sun beating on the window. Although we were told to keep the windows open I did not feel comfortable with the thought of bugs or birds flying in.

Estamos encantados de que su estancia en nuestro hotel haya sido agradable.
Lamentamos las inconveniencias acerca del aire acondicionado, realmente muchos hoteles como el nuestro solo tienen la posibilidad de tener o bien aire acondicionado o bien calefacción. Es cierto que para dias que inusualmente hace mucho calor como los dias de su estancia puede resultar incómodo para algunos clientes pero como vió por la mañana y por la noche continua haciendo frio por lo que debemos tener la calefacción puesta.
Tenemos habitaciones con distinta posición, de haber sabido su incomodidad hubiéramos buscado otra habitación menos calurosa.

The location is perfect, the rooftop is a great spot to be with friends and to see the city and the staff is so friendly and helpful

Very nice location. Easy to walk to city center. Nice front desk personnel. Bath room is a little cold (nor warm enough)

Nous espérons revenir dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois que nous irons à Barcelone. Cependant, il se pourrait que la sacoche de mon épouse ait été volée dans le hall durant notre inscription. Une déclaration à la police a été faite et nous espérons avoir les résultats du visionnage des images de la caméra de surveillance de l'hôtel. On espère avoir une réponse de l'hôtel. La manager est bien entendu au courant et a tout fait pour nous aider. Grand merci à elle
