Signing up for the internet service was the WORST of any of the 5 hotels we used in Spain. Please make it "muy facil" and no need to have to fill in all that information.

Para nosotros, el feedback con nuestros huéspedes es una herramienta de desarrollo muy valiosa ya que nos permite conocer aquellos aspectos en los que no llegamos a alcanzar el 100%de satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes y poder así mejorarlos.
Hemos tomado nota de todos aquellos aspectos que no han llegado a los estándares que nos exigimos con el objetivo de mejorarlos.
