Хорошее. Хотелось бы больше кафешек в отеле и спортивную комнату. Шумоизоляция плохая, часто слышно соседей.

Lamentamos no haber superado sus expectativas.
Tomamos nota de todas sus valoraciones que sin duda, nos ayudarán a mejorar.
Al respecto de la temperatura, todas las habitaciones disponen de un termostato con tres velocidades. Revisaremos su habitación por si hubiera algun inconveniente en el mismo.
