Overall everything was very good. There was only only thing that we did not like, it was that we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to get into the lobby. There was no one to help us. My husband has a bad back and it was not easy for me to lift them. There should be a ramp so you can wheel them up and into the lobby.

Lamentamos el inconveniente acerca de su equipaje. Efectivamente no tenemos botones en el hotel pero en caso de que nuestros huespedes necesiten ayuda con sus maletas, siempre hay alguna persona de nuestro staff que le puede ayudar sin ningun problema
De todas formas tomamos debida nota para futuras mejoras.
