Very good experience. At the dining room at Table 241, Ivan was fantastic as a sommelier, Frederick was excellent in serving and I forgot the name of the 1st server but he was excellent also. Overall a 10 on all counts.

良かったが入口のドアマンが英語がわからない。テレビでBBC英語放送を見たかったが、番組表の見方がわからなかつた。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the staff were very, very helpful and courteous. I especially want to mention the ladies at the front desk, who went out of their way to assist in every way. Sandra, who was there when we arrived and also when I tripped and fell in the reception area the next morning just before we were to start our touring , she was at my side in an instant, got the ice for my foot and got me to rest and elevate my foot and apply ice immediately. That quick response helped me enjoy the rest of my holiday while in Barcelona.
My husband and I will definitely come back to Barcelona, and when we do, we will certainly be looking to stay at the hotel.

every thing was kiet good but the location was not as good

As a group leader, I suggest you should organized a ramp to help old person to go to your front desk with theirs luggages. And for a group, we shouldn't have to ask each person to give a copy of theirs passport, it's to long to check-in. But We are please to your peoples to who are organized the roottop terrace for our cocktail.

Efectivamente el acceso al hotel se hace por escaleras. En caso necesario, disponemos de una rampa automatica para poder acceder.
En su caso y al ser un grupo numeroso y de gente de avanzada edad, quizas su agencia deberia haberles informado de que el hotel no dispone de servicio de maletero a menos que este se contrate con anticipación.
En cuanto a los pasaportes, en el momento de la reserva, informamos que la agencia puede rellenar un formulario con nombres, y numeros de pasaporte asi como unos datos determinados, para evitar precisamente el tiempo de espera en el check in. En su caso su agencia no nos lo proporciono por lo que el check in del grupo se hizo algo más largo.
Como Tour lider para proximas ocasiones son cosas a tener en cuenta en el momento de la reserva del hotel que le facilitaran el check in.

En cuanto al cocktail para 40 personas, que nos solicitó a su llegada al hotel, como vió se hizo todo lo posible para que a pesar de no haberlo pedido en su reserva, lo tuviera todo listo al cabo de dos horas de haberlo pedido tal y como se sirvio. Le agradecemos su valoracion

Everything okay, only for smokers should be found a better solution between 23h and 11h when roof terasse is closed. It is not nice to smoke in front of the entrance at the street and without a coffee in the morning because you are not allowed to take the cup out of breakfast room...In this case you should provide better service.

Efectivamente el hotel es no fumador en todas sus habitaciones y zonas comunes a excepción de la terraza del hotel situada en la octava planta y que abre a las 11.00 h. de la mañana.

Hotel in bester Lage für Stadterkundung
gutes Frühstück
leider war weder die Bar im EG noch auf dem Dach offen

Como vió la terraza en el octavo piso está abierta de 11.00 a 23.00 h y el bar esta abierto ahora mismo en la terraza de 19.00 a 23.00 h.
Por supuesto si a cualquier hora del dia nuestros clientes desean tomar alguna bebida, desde recepción les atendemos gustosamente.
Nos satisface saber que su estancia ha sido agradable

Sehr zentral gelegen, man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen.
