Overall great but some negatives. Access to roof too limited, not open morning or evening and only 6 sunbeds for whole hotel. Bar not open at all. Anticipated sunsets from the roof bar never possible. Advertising implies more outdoor space than is available. Despite these negatives a very relaxing and comfortable stay with exceptional staff.

Das Hotel ist durch seine Lage ideal für Städtebummler. Das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einem guten Angebot werde ich es bei meinem nächsten Barcelona-Aufenthalt sicher wieder berücksichtigen.

Good but would have liked to experience roof terrace before 11am. Also bar on roof terrace was not open. Surely this is not a seasonal thing. Disappointed

Muchisimas gracias por su valoración y su alta puntuación.
Lamentablemente no podemos abrir la terraza antes de las 11.00 debido a que hay que realizar los test de seguridad correspondientes a la piscina, situada en la misma zona.
En cuanto al bar, efectivamente se halla cerrado , pero la semana que viene ya lo tendremos abierto durante toda la temporada de verano hasta el próximo mes de septiembre

Overall a very good experience. Some nights had some loud guests, but that's hard to control. The bar staff was very friendly and professional.

Really it´s hard to control but we encourage our guests inform at reception desk in order to avoid the problem. I´m really sorry
