The lift in the entrance is broken and so people with luggages will have to carry them with the steep stairs. I hope it can be fixed as soon as possible. The check-in experience was a bit frustrated for us, but to me it may be better attributed the fault to the local agency who handle the booking. The room was not ready when we checked in, and the room may therefore be hastly cleaned and several hairs were found in the washroom. There was a bit smelly of the room like an very old hotel. Otherwise, the location is very nice. It is not only close to the some of the best tourist attractions but is still being quiet at night. Another bonus is that it's very close to the train station which is very convenient for us to arrive from the airport (BCN) by taking R2N with some short walks to arrive. The sound proof of our room appears to be poor, we can hear very clearly people were coughing, talking, etc. I guess they can hear us too.

Pleasant location, within cafes and shops.
Only thing we found was lack of public toilets once one out of hotel
