Bastante mala sinceramente. El hotel tiene demasiadas faltas (hicimos check in luego de las 16 horas y la habitación ni siquiera estaba lista, la gente de limpieza entrando sin avisar, la escalera de la entrada y absolutamente nadie ofreciendo ayuda con las maletas, el aire acondicionado funcionaba a medias en la habitación, y un largo etc.) y claramente no se corresponde con la categoría de 4 estrellas.

We were really happy with the location of the hotel and thought it had a very welcoming reception, staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I had to ask for our shower head to be cleaned as it was mouldy , our room was very basic and the bed was very firm .

Pleasant. Thats why we come back. Unfortunately, the floors are now laminate, so one can hear every step from the room above.

We enjoyed the welcome. The comfortable room. Lovely balcony views. 🥰 your desk staff were so helpful.
