The staff at the reception was very friendly, always a nice smile when we saw them at the desk. Vahag Petrosyan was especially nice, very courteous and helpful. Also Brillite helped us with a call in Spanish concerning our transportation. Special thanks to these two !!! Thanks again for a lovely stay at your hotel !

Literie confortable, chambre donnant sur un mur; c'est un peu triste. On entend les bruits des salles de bains des étages supérieurs. rooftop agréable, la taille de la piscine est très réduite et ressemble plus à un grand jacuzzi. Il n'y a pas d'ordinateur à disposition des clients; sans téléphone portable, c'est un handicap. De par mon expérience, l'hotel est classé 4 étoiles et est plus digne d'un 3 étoiles.
