Very friendly staff, reception, cleaner and roof top bar staff. Basic room but clean and had everything we needed

The location was great, the rooms were clean, and the terrace was fantastic.
From the terrace, we could see the Sagrada Familia and even watch fireworks.
The front desk staff were very courteous and spoke to us in simple English, which was helpful as we are not very good at speaking English.
It was quite hot, so a bit more air conditioning would have been perfect.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

The staff are very friendly. They answered any questions we had. They were very helpful in helping us navigate the city. It was our anniversary and they gave us complimentary sparkling wine which was so touching. It’s the little things that make a big difference. I did find the elevators very small.

Great location only downside was no view from our room

Not opening roof terrace until 11am was disappointing. Would have been nice for a place to sit after breakfast.

Sunbeds require sun brollies as too hot to lie for too long.

We all had a fabulous time - perfect central location, easy to get a taxi and lovely rooftop bar with lovely staff
