Wir waren schon ein paar Mal da. Es hat uns immer sehr gut gefallen. Falls wir wieder einmal nach Barcelona kommen werden wir gerne erneut im HCC Regente buchen. Preis- Leistung stimmt auch. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Vor allem die Dachterrasse mit dem kleinen Pool mit der einmalig schönen Aussicht geniessen wir sehr.

Not impressed at all. Most of the hostels in Barcelona I stayed at so far were better, more welcoming, better service and more well-ventilated (AC) than this hotel. Every time I left the room the AC went off, and then when I came back it smelled bad. Honestly the hottest room I've stayed in on this vacation, and I've stayed many places. On top of that was overcharged by around €50 and got a worse deal (i.e. no free cancellation, no late checkout, no included breakfast). The booking website also stated the price was final and including all taxes and charges, nevertheless I was charged city tax at the hotel. All in all, hostels in Barcelona at a tenth of the price point will give a much better service overall than this so-called luxury hotel.

Very good. Had an issue with hot water and immediately dealt with and corrected.
