Excellent experience overall, very attentive and professional front desk, good wi-fi, efficient housekeeping, and great location. My only issue with the hotel, and what would keep me from staying there in high season in future, is that the room (505) got very warm and the air conditioning was not working. Had we left the windows open overnight, we would have been disturbed by the air-con/ventilation units in the large courtyard above El Nacional. And I expect any room on the street side of the hotel would suffer from traffic noise with the windows open. This was not a big deal for us at Easter, but in summertime it would have been a real problem. Thank you for an excellent experience in Barcelona.

Very good overall. Better soundproofing is needed as I was woken each night due to excessive noise in the hotel during the night. USB sockets would be a good addition to the hotel rooms.

Positivo. Non ci sono coffee facilities in camera, e questa è una grave mancanza. Inoltre, il set da bagno dovrebbe essere rimpiazzato ogni giorno, cosa che è stato fatto solo su richiesta. Complessivamente esperienza positiva. Personale alla reception gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile e attento.
