when our room was made up I noticed that the sheets were not changed but just made neat, this was not a good experience. The Buffet breakfast for the price could of been better. I would also suggest letting clients know of the room service you provide on arrival

Que creen si me estafan? Como creen que la defino?

Lamento los posibles inconvenientes durante su estancia.
La habitación en la que estuvo alojado disponía de una cama de 1'35.
El sábado día 2/04/22 a las 14:30h aproximadamente cuando solicitó el cambio de habitación lamentablemente sólo disponíamos de una habitación con dos camas, que fue la que le enseñamos.
Las habitaciones con cama de matrimonio están sujetas a la disponibilidad.
Esperamos volver a verle pronto.
