Overall experience was average. No strong negative or positive experience. Great location and easy to get around while not too noisy at night. Area felt safe even when we walked to the hotel at night. Friendly staff who greeted us and answered questions. Room was slightly old. The single large bed was too small for two adults; definitely not king or queen size. Would be nice if the shower had stronger water pressure and the maid cleaning service were more consistent. Supplies in the room weren't all consistently replenished every day. We had to ask the staff for soap, tissue, facial tissue, etc. on multiple occasions because they weren't replenished. Room was too hot because of mild winter season while there was no way to cool down other than opened the windows. Would be great if we could control heating/cooling in the room. Breakfast could use some improvements on freshness and quality. They should also be placed in larger area so guests wouldn't have to crowd the area to get food. It seemed counterintuitive when we practiced social distance on the seating of guests but not when we had to get the food. Internet seemed slow even when the hotel wasn't fully occupied.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about in this hotel. The room, bar and lobby are great. Great breakfast buffet and perfect location
