Met our needs since our Tour Guide provided most of the communication between us and your hotel. I would like to have been better able to communicate, in English, with your staff. It is difficult for "English only" speakers to fully benefit from a visit to Spain without the ability to more readily communicate with your citizens.

Very good. Bed was smaller and mattress was not comfortable. Only 2 pillows in room and they were very flat.

L'albergo è accogliente e super silenzioso, le signore alla receptioni davvero gentili e accoglienti. Comodo e vicino alle zone centrali della città e ai mezzi pubblici .. la metro è a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi.
