Mandated to provide credit card at check in, despite the fact vacation was prepaid through Globus. Found $55.00 charge on bank account. Notified desk person on day of departure and were told no charges were made to room. Contested charge with bank and hold placed on payment. Inefficient and unnecessary aggravating process at check in.
