Stayed at several hotels during recent tour of Spain and Portugal . This was by far the best hotel. Great location, well maintained and clean, very friendly and helpful staff ...felt welcomed

Great hotel overall, clean and beautiful and in a great location! Loved the staff as well, very friendly and helpful and gave us great directions several times!

As above, few nice points but service from staff and manager completely disgraceful. Lack of empathy, just 'no', and not helping a pre paying customer out. We won't be back and the level of social media commentary will be well more than the cost of 1 couple staying so will work to your detriment. Prehistoric is the best way I can describe the service, complete lack of humanity.

We really enjoyed staying and would stay again if we have the opportunity. I would suggest that the front entrance has a hand rail installed, possibly up the middle of the the staircase. I did not see a handicapped entrance anywhere. Without that, a hand rail would be nice. The entrance is beautiful. However, if your balance is not good and you are carrying luggage, it's a challenge.

Siempre muy bien, sobre todo la gente de recepción, que siempre me hacen sentir "en casa" y me ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Sería muy bueno contar con más de una botella de agua, sobre todo cuando uno se queda más días.
