I would not recommend this hotel, based on its customer service. This is what makes hospitality a success or a total desaster. Your management need to learn about taking care of your most important assets. Your guests

Since the air conditioning was not turned on the room was very hot both nights of our stay. We did open the windows to the courtyard but there was no air movement, only noise from the courtyard. Individual fans in the room would have created some air circulation which would have helped.

The most important of staying in a hotel room is to sleep well. This was not possible due to the heating which was incredibly hot. Very unpleasant way to sleep. All my colleagues experienced this problem too.
