Super Lage, guter Service, Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sehr sauber. Der Geruch des Hotels ist verbesserungsbedürftig.

Not as good as before room was only provided with 1 dressing gown and toiletries even though booked for 2
Even after this was reported to receiption this was not put right

I use to stay a lot in this hotel this is my first time to me to smell a very bad smell in the reception everyday during the whole stay

We find this request most insulting as we notified you 3 weeks in advance of our trip cancellation due to a medical emergency. You refused to give us a refund or even a partial refund. You, now still have $893 of our money and we assume you still had someone else use the rooms since you were aware of the cancellation. We would never recommend your hotel due to your decision and behavior. We have notified our Travel Company Tauck Tours, who graciously did refund our entire trip costs, of your refusal.
