We were very satisfied. The hotel is well located and calm. The bedroom was big.

The staff was very friendly & accommodating when I arrived earlier than expected. They gave great local restaurant recommendations. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was sufficient.

Tevreden, ondanks de eerste dag verbleven we in een kamer waarbij een schacht van buizen langst liep met gevolg veel en constante lawaai. Toch heeft het personeel een oplossing gezocht en mochten we verhuizen naar een andere kamer. Ik zou toch aanraden om daar kantoren ofzo van te maken want daar slapen is geen aanrader voor geen enkele klant. Tenzij de persoon doof is en er geen last van heeft.

We stellen het oprecht op prijs dat u uw ervaring met ons deelt en waarderen de inspanningen die ons team heeft geleverd om een oplossing te vinden voor de initiële situatie van uw verblijf.

We betreuren het ongemak door het lawaai in de eerste kamer en begrijpen dat dit uw nachtrust kan verstoren. Uw opmerkingen over het gebruik van die ruimte zijn waardevol en we zullen er rekening mee houden voor toekomstige verbeteringen.

We zijn blij te horen dat u, na van kamer te zijn gewisseld, een prettig verblijf heeft gehad en dat u aspecten zoals de rustige ligging van het hotel en de vriendelijkheid van ons personeel waardeert. This is my third visit to Barcelona this year and this was by far the best hotel experience. Thank you to everyone. The only thing that could have made it more perfect was if I had my original room 286 as there was a lot of street noise in my actual room
